Chrysalis: Transforming Women’s Lives

Chrysalis is a program designed by women, for women like you who want to live with vitality and passion – whether your need comes from a recent life change or a desire to make improvements to the way you are living now.

Are you stuck in old routines and habits that no longer serve you?
Would you like to rediscover a sense of purpose in your life?
How alive and passionate do you want to feel about what you are doing each day?

Chrysalis is an opportunity for you to:

  • Explore and define new personal directions;
  • Identify your life purpose and passions;
  • Create a vision of the future that works for you;
  • Develop an action plan to achieve your goals;
  • Experience the synergy of working with other women who are also interested in learning and growing; and
  • Receive coaching support to help you stay committed.

The Chrysalis Program is held in both Ontario and British Columbia over one of four evenings, two Saturdays or as a weekend workshop. Other locations can also be arranged, upon request, for groups of 6 or more.

The intensive discovery workshop and the personal coaching support that make up the Chrysalis Program can be tailored to suit your needs. The fee is also designed to make the program as accessible as possible to all women who want to re-energize their life path.

Please call us at 1-800-350-5536 to talk about how this program might serve you and/or your group.
