Chrysalis is a program designed by women, for women like you who want to live with vitality and passion – whether your need comes from a recent life change or a desire to make improvements to the way you are living now.

Chrysalis is an opportunity for you to:

- Receive coaching support to help you stay committed.
The Chrysalis Program is held in both Ontario and British Columbia over one of four evenings, two Saturdays or as a weekend workshop. Other locations can also be arranged, upon request, for groups of 6 or more.
The intensive discovery workshop and the personal coaching support that make up the Chrysalis Program can be tailored to suit your needs. The fee is also designed to make the program as accessible as possible to all women who want to re-energize their life path.
