Our “What Wants to Happen?” retreats have been the gathering place for the New Edges community, a group of human development practitioners who are dedicated to exploring the leading edges of our consciousness. Our gatherings have focused on personal healing and growth, discovering our own limiting beliefs and assumptions, outgrowing our identity wounds, and accompanying each other on our Dark Night journeys. We use experiential co-learning to grow our individual and collective consciousness.
Recent retreat themes have included: Immunity to Charge, Story, and the Divine Feminine. Some of our past retreat brochures are available here:
Expanded consciousness does not happen all at once, thus our retreats entail an ongoing commitment to community and continuity. Our circles have been sustained over decades, creating communities of practice, support and discovery, partnering and coaching for specific learning objectives. Often, our participants are co-creators of our workshops and many become facilitators who host gatherings themselves. Our intention is to grow whole leaders who grow other whole leaders.
