Director y fundador de Life Coach Perú, organización pionera y única en el Perú, dedicada de manera exclusiva a conducir procesos de Coaching Personalizado (Life Coaching, prematrimonial, por teens, ejecutivo, orientación ocupacional, por ninos, entre otros),y Coaching Corporativo (dictado de seminarios y talleres relativos a coaching y diseño e implantación de esta filosofía en empresas).

Cuenta con una sólida formación e importante experiencia como consultor de negocios respaldada por más de 9 años en BDO Consulting, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, BKR International y de manera independiente, en temas relacionados a la gestión administrativa, de capital humano, comercial y financiera. Asimismo, ocupó diversos cargos ejecutivos vinculados a la gestión administrativa y financiera en varias empresas por más de 10 años.

Ha sido becado por el gobierno de la India a través del ITEC para el programa Internacional de Banca y Finanzas en la ciudad de Pune. Asistió al retiro espiritual en el Osho Centre de la Ciudad de Pune. Licenciado en Administración de Empresas y Bachiller en contabilidad por la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

Oscar Osorio is an Associate of The Coaching Project, a Life & Executive Coach, founding member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC), and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) of the International Coach Federation (ICF), both prestigious institutions in various sectors of coaching worldwide.

Oscar is a Director and founder of Life Coach Peru, a pioneer coaching organization in Peru, with a unique approach and process of Personal Coaching, with specialties including life coaching, marriage coaching, teen coaching, transition coaching, career coaching, coaching for kids, etc. and Corporate Coaching, with specialties including executive coaching, coaching seminars and relevant coaching tutorials, as well as design and implementation of a coaching philosophy and culture in organizations.

He has a solid business background including experience as a business advisor/consultant at a senior level for 9 years in BDO Consulting, PriceWatershouseCoopers, and BKR International, in a variety of functions including Business Administration, Human Resources, Sales/Marketing and Finance. Oscar also managed in various administrative and financial functions in Peruvian companies in a variety of industries for more than 10 years.

In 2003, Oscar received a scholarship from the government of India through ITEC (Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation) for participation in the Program of International Banking and Finance, in the city of Pune. As part of that program, Oscar attended the spiritual retreat in the Osho Centre in the city of Pune, learning some of their meditation techniques. He is a Licensed Business Administrator with a Bachelor in Accounting from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru.
