About Us

The Coaching Project, Inc. is a dynamic Canadian firm that has been on the cutting edge of personal and professional development since its inception in 1998. We were one of the first coaching firms in Canada and one of the first to integrate leadership and coaching, trademarking the term Leader Coach®. We pioneered coaching in international business settings. We have coached and educated well over a thousand managers, leaders and professionals around the world, written a bestselling book published in two languages, and given our time expansively to worthy causes.

We are a community of seasoned professional coaches with business and consulting backgrounds in entrepreneurial, mid size and large organizations. We are experts at leading individual and organizational change in corporations, government and nonprofits. We have a wide variety of graduate degrees and academic experience that has allowed us to partner with universities and institutes in North and South America to deliver our programs.
